An Oceanside Intimate Wedding at Martha’s Vineyard

In September, I traveled to the East Coast for a Martha’s Vineyard Wedding. Vesna, owner of a boutique design studio on MV, was a friend of a friend, and I’m so honored to document her wedding. This was a lowkey wedding with their guests coming from two different sides of the planet, literally. Vesna is originally from Eastern Europe and Regis from Brazil, this wedding was a truly melting pot of cultures with guests mingling and learning more about others.

The day started at Vesna’s best friend’s home, where she and her bridesmaids got ready. It was a laid back day with a relaxed schedule and they had so much fun throughout the process. The ceremony site was right in front of the ocean with trees lining the two sides. The guests enjoyed cocktail hour at the lawn while I photographed V+R and their wedding party. I took V+R down to the beach for some couple’s portraits as requested, and I immediately fell in love with the nature of Martha’s Vineyard. After toasts and first dances, the party officially begun. And I’ll just say it was a real party!
