Fashionable Session at the DC National Portrait Gallery

It was a joy meeting up with Kim and Josh for a gorgeous session in DC. K + J shares an incredible love between them, and you can feel that through these images, by their gazes and touches. Kim battled cancer recently (cancer free now!) and Josh was there every step of the way, from the lowest of lows to the highest of highs. Such an amazing partnership and an inspiration to everyone around them. This session is much more special knowing the hardship they’ve been through, it’s truly an honor to capture these for them.

DC has always been once of my favorite cities, and this trip reminded me of the beautiful places and people it has. I’m so excited to be back here again in the summer, with so many more things planned as well.
