Beautiful Rainy Day Wedding at La Villa Kansas City

La Villa, Kansas City, MO

A beautiful celebration between Dalila and Ivan at La Villa, Kansas City. The couple started their day getting ready at their individual homes with their close family and friends. The ceremony took place at their church, with many of their church friends in attendance. After signing the marriage license, we headed to Country Club Plaza for some quick portraits, though it was gloomy and rainy, we managed to get some beautiful and fun wedding party photos. the Plaza was the perfect location for their Spanish inspired wedding too!

Their reception details were next level – the couple specifically requested fruit bowls on addition to florals to get that summer Spanish vibe, from venue to decor, to florals and the dress, I felt like I was actually transported to Spain. After some quick portraits in the wedding attire, Dalila changed into her reception dress – a vintage gown with hints of pink. Of course we had to grab some photos with the reception space, and then the party began.
